Dawn Tattle (P Eng, ICD.D) is an award winning business leader, geo-structural engineer, author, educator and keynote speaker with more than 30 years experience in the construction industry. Her focus: business development, engineering solutions, design innovation, quality control, and an expert in worksite health and safety best practices. As an educator, Dawn is an adjunct professor at University of Toronto’s School of Engineering, and has guest lectured at Ryerson University, the University of Waterloo, and the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. In addition to lecturing, Dawn has contributed to many industry conferences as a keynote speaker and industry panellist. Her work has been widely published.

Prior to committing full-time to consulting and lecturing, Dawn was President of Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd, part of the Anchor Group, from 1997 through 2017. In 2016 she oversaw the acquisition of the Anchor Group by GFL Excavating Corp, where she was responsible for the negotiations and due diligence on behalf of the Anchor Group during the acquisition process.

Dawn holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Toronto, is a graduate from the ICD.D-Rotman Directors' Education Program (DEP), and the Quantum Shift Program from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
